Cinco de Mayo

Caden is a Cinco de Mayo baby, he turned 5 and had his party this past weekend at the Rollerskating rink. Last night we had Chasity & family over, and Andy & Lauryn for Cinco De Mayo potluck Mexican dinner. I made a new recipe I found on the internet, Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas, Guacamole and Chili con Queso. Chasity made spanish rice (with Rotel tomatoes - whewie, hot!) and mexican stew (I can't remember what it's called, but it was Yummy!). We had quite a feast. A good time was had by all. Happy Cinco de Mayo!
