First Cross Country Meet
Today was the first Cross Country Meet, it was at Bear Creek Park @ 4:30 in 90+ degree heat. Luckily, 7th Grade Girls go first! There were 5 area schools at the meet, and in the 7th Grade girls, there were 158 participates, Ali finished 33rd! Great job Ali! Her first words after the run were "that is the hardest thing I've ever done!" her friend Alex came in 27th, and her other friend Courtney came in 5th - so they all did great!

I like that Ali thought it was the hardest thing she had ever done! Sports always seemed to come easy to her. Maybe CC will be her "challenge" or her nemesis! :)
