Edouard who??? Ok, there was no wind, there was no thunder, there was no lightning & my boss made fun of me for working from home waiting for Edouard's debut! It basically was a rainy day, but nothing Hurricane like. Just a lot of media hype getting the consumers in a panic, hoping for some news to evolve, but nothing produced.
Ali had her last games, Monday and Tuesday, and we only had 5 players both games. Needless to say, the girls were pretty tired. Monday we lost to future freshman (they were the Bleyl 8th grade A team) best in the league this summer. The funny thing is, Ali will be playing with them in High School, so it's looking like Cy-Creek could have some talent in the next couple years! Yea, a winning record would be nice. Last night they won, and almost everyone scored, we were making our free throws, we had our game on! Nice way to end the season. Are we ready for middle school ball? We'll find out near Thanksgiving.
Still no word on the church band, stay tuned......
